The Getty Conservation Institute is seeking 1 Project Specialist – Wall Paintings Conservation.
Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) has opened a position for a Project Specialist with experience in the conservation of wall paintings and architectural surfaces and a keen interest in research, documentation, practical conservation, and training.
GCI works to promote the conservation of the visual arts. The Institute’s work for the conservation community is carried out through scientific research, education, and training, with the aim of creating and disseminating knowledge that contributes to the conservation of international cultural heritage.
The candidate’s job responsibilities will be to contribute to projects in the conservation of wall paintings and architectural surfaces, with attention to the current conservation challenges of international or regional relevance.
