We are excited to announce the launch of the 3rd edition of the Current Topics in Heritage Science lecture series, organized by the emerging professionals of the E-RIHS HS Academy, which continues its successful format of online lectures followed by interactive Q&A sessions.
The series offers essential online training focused on fundamental aspects of heritage science, including techniques, methodologies, specific heritage typologies, and other relevant topics in the field.
The first lecture of 2025 to be held on January 23 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (CET) is “Emergency Preparedness of Library Collections” presented by Céline Allain.
Céline Allain is a leading expert in conservation and emergency preparedness, currently coordinating emergency preparedness and response efforts at the National Library of France. She was involved in developing ISO 21110 – Information and Documentation: Emergency Preparedness and Response and has contributed to the revision of several key international standard-setting documents in the field.
