Seventh Webinar of RICH Europe on TransNational Access (TNA) Opportunities: focus on future cooperation between E-RIHS and CELAC

In the frame of the Seventh Webinar of RICH Europe on TransNational Access (TNA) Opportunities, held on November 2025,Dr David Buti researcher at CNR ISPC, member of the Central Hub of E-RIHS ERIC and Access Manager for the Italian Node of E-RIHS presented the infrastructure that from March 28, 2025 has become a consortium with a legal personality (ERIC – European Research Infrastructure Consortium).

RICH Europe is an 84-month Coordination and Support Action built on the past experience and achievements of the Research Infrastructures Networks funded under H2020 (RICH and RICH-2). The overall aim of the project is to improve and support the professionalisation and harmonisation of Research Infrastructures National Contact Points (NCPs) services across Europe and to contribute to the consolidation of the European research infrastructure ecosystem.

The presentation also highlighted the possibilities that E-RIHS ERIC offers to the research community with a focus on possible projects with Latin America.

The participation of CELAC, an intergovernmental mechanism for dialogue and political agreement, which includes permanently thirty-three countries in Latin America, was a special occasion to reinforce the collaboration already existing since the time when E-RIHS was a project in its Implementation Phase.
