In November 2023, we launched the E-RIHS survey to choose the slogan to represent the essence of E-RIHS.
The survey was created with the EU Survey tool, and was composed of 3 simple options:
- E-RIHS | Connecting heritage to science
- E-RIHS | Your gateway to heritage science excellence
- E-RIHS | Exploring the frontier of heritage science
E-RIHS is the European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science, created to support the research community on heritage interpretation, preservation, documentation, innovation and management. E-RIHS is composed of 14 national nodes across Europe and is coordinated by the National Research Council of Italy.
E-RIHS Central Hub is hosted in Florence, Italy. From 2024, the Headquarters is at the new and innovative hub, Manifattura Tabacchi, an old tobacco factory, recently regenerated with an innovative and creative urban plan to give a new life to the historic buildings designed by Giovanni Bartoli and Pier Luigi Nervi. The winning slogan is “E-RIHS | Connecting heritage to science”.
