Call for Access

Access the four integrated E-RIHS platforms via the Catalogue of Services

The E-RIHS Catalogue of Services is the single-entry point to request access to the four integrated service platforms of the European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science: 

  • MOLAB – In situ, non-invasive analysis using portable equipment 
  • FIXLAB – Access to large-scale, stationary analytical facilities 
  • ARCHLAB – Access to curated scientific archives and sample collections 
  • DIGILAB – Access to digital tools, datasets, and services 

Access to these services is granted via competitive peer-reviewed calls.

Who Can Apply

Researchers and professionals based in EU Member States and Associated Countries, as well as international applicants, are welcome to apply.

Projects will be selected based on scientific excellence.

How to Apply

  1. Register or log in to the Catalogue of Services
  2. Browse and select services relevant to your project via the Catalogue of Services
  3. Submit your application directly through the Catalogue of Services portal

Note: Before applying, we strongly recommend reviewing the full description of each service to ensure technical suitability and alignment with your project objectives. Multiple services may be selected.
Services selected must be:

  • Technically appropriate for the intended research
  • Clearly aligned with the project’s objectives

If any doubt arises regarding a service’s scope, or compatibility with the project, users are urged to contact the Service Manager indicated in the webpage of the service or the E-RIHS User Helpdesk at helpdesk@e-rihs.eu

Submission requirements

Follow these criteria for a successful submission:

Applications that fail to meet any of these criteria will be considered ineligible and excluded from evaluation.

Successful applicants will receive technical and scientific support throughout the access period, provided by the E-RIHS platforms and expert community.
