Experience science, heritage, and a fun get-together all in three days
The Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute is organizing the multidisciplinary summer school In situ techniques in preservation of built heritage covering multiple-scale non-invasive techniques for assessment and in situ characterization of built heritage.
The Summer School, supported among others by E-RIHS.si, the European research infrastructure for heritage science—Slovenia, will be held in person in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from July 2 to 4. There will be no admission fee.
A wide range of international experts dealing with sensitive heritage material will provide various cutting-edge lectures for future-led approaches in heritage science.
All undergraduate and doctoral students, early-age researchers, established experts, and anyone interested in the topic are invited.
The school will consist of lectures, experimental presentations, a guided tour with a presentation of techniques, and social events.
The deadline for registration is June 3rd, 2024.
