The IPERION HS project – Integrating Platforms for the European Research Infrastructure on Heritage Science – received a 6-month extension and will be extended by March 31st, 2024.
The project, funded by European Union, H2020-INFRAIA-2019-1, integrates national facilities of recognised excellence in heritage science in order to create a distributed Research Infrastructure with a sustainable plan of activities. This includes providing access to a variety of high-level scientific instruments, methodologies, data, and tools for advancing knowledge and innovation in heritage science.
IPERION HS is supported by several national research infrastructure initiatives. It encourages a transdisciplinary culture of interchange and collaboration for the expansion of the European Research Area in the humanities and natural sciences.
IPERION HS and E-RIHS work together to establish a pan-European research infrastructure on heritage interpretation, preservation, documentation and management.
