Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit the E-RIHS website without submitting any personal details.
No personal information, such as name, company, address, telephone number or e-mail address, is collected during your visits to our web pages, unless you provide us with such information voluntarily, e.g. by submitting to our news digest.
We use the personal data which you provide in order to evaluate your proposals for transnational access support, to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you requested. Your personal data will otherwise not be passed on, sold or transferred to third parties.
When you voluntarily send us personal information such as your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, personal messages, etc. via our web pages or by e-mail, we store and use this information for the purposes of rendering the requested service in each instance (e.g. creating / evaluating scientific proposals for transnational access support, answering technical or other questions). We will delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to process your request.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).
We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet (e. g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
